Our Origin Story

 Over many years of traveling and being on the road to present workshops and crystal and brass singing bowl experiences, I often saw animals abused, neglected, ignored, and out in all elements craving food, water, love, and attention. It was with a heavy heart that I left them behind and continued my journey often calling local shelters/rescues before leaving  the area. I noticed that quite a few of these dogs were Wolf Dogs acquired as pups. Once they were adults, their owners had no idea what to do with them as they were never properly socialized. It became a dream of mine to rescue as many of these smart, beautiful creatures as possible. I began this quest in 2015.

In 2020 my best friend, Dorothy, and I bought forty-one beautiful, canyon acres as our new home for our Wolf Dogs so that they would never need to be uprooted again. We had to sue the county because the dogs were not wanted here. After ten long months, and spending most of our development funds,  we won our case with the court deciding in our favor.  Our land is now their permanent sanctuary.

Unfortunately with pandemic and the huge financial drain from our previous legal challenge, we had to put our plans on hold for awhile.  Then in 2021, my dear friend, sister woman and partner in this endeavor transitioned from here due to Covid related pneumonia. Since that time, I have been here alone trying to grow and evolve this worthy dream.

Our original idea was to become a place where those who are seeking could come for a week or a weekend and grow, to get away from all the frustration of the outside world – a sanctuary. They could experience the Medicine Work and learn more of themselves through their interactions with the Wolf Dogs. There is still intention to manifest this dream, that is slowly emerging as so much around all of us is changing and in a state of upheaval. I believe it is truly necessary, and as we move forward together into a new paradigm.

The Wolf Dogs participate and are often an aspect of the Medicine Work that I offer alongside Transformational Crystal/Brass Singing Bowl Sessions with Supportive Medicine Work in Waking and Dream time on a donation/barter basis. (Volunteering, maintenance support, helping exercise/ feed/water, and dog food are welcome as are $ donations) Come and spend time with myself and 32 beautiful "Wolfen" waiting to receive your love and love you back!
